This is an interview I did with my little brother who ended up losing over 30 pounds summer 2016 when he came back from school. There are some good insights and takeaways in here you can probably use to help you and your journey.
He did this around a 40+ hour a week job, learning coding, and still enjoying his summer.
Before this one thing he said was he was silently becoming unhappy with his reflection in the mirror. It wasn't something he was telling other people, it was a building up personal pain. NOW he says because of exercise and nutrition he is no much happier, and much more confident in himself.
It's not always about the body, that's a nice byproduct. Many times it's the invisible benefits of health that are much more substantial.
